Operation starlight is an operation set up by the PCC iirxtherford to tackle stereotypes and inequality across the police force and the country. We are partnered with Police scotland to provide a better coverage of the operation. We believe that hate crime is an increasing problem and we want to reduce this by working together to create a non stereotype community.
